We believe that tier plans for two story house will not disrupt overall look of the neighborhood. We want to mention that there are already several two -story houses in the vicinity. The design looks nice and fits overall look of the neighborhood. This construction will make this house a good size home for single family, making it more comfortable, and in a sense stronger. Thanks for considering, Svetlana Furman c. As a matter of introduction, we are the Benjamin family, and we currently live at 235 El Cajon Way (directly across the street from the Lebedenkos). We are excited about the Lebedenko's two story design, as we feel that it conforms to the other two story homes in the neighborhood, as well as to the overall style and character of the neighborhood. Additionally, we are excited about the visually appealing design of their home, and we believe the two story expansion is an appropriate size for a single family home in our neighborhood, not to mention enable them to have a house that will fit their family needs. The Lebedenko's are a wonderful family, and we are excited to have them remain in the neighborhood with a house that conforms to both their family and their neighborhood. Best Regards- Jeff, Holly, Jackson, Halle and Hayden Benjamin
