ADOPT A RESOLUTION REVISING THE BELOW MARKET PRICE (BMP)
HO -USING - PROGRAM GUIDELINES SCORING CRITERIA.
In response to Council member inquiries regarding buyer selection criteria noted in Section III.13.1 of
Exhibit A of Attachment 1, Council could modify the criteria for school employees and /or first
responders as follows (new wording is in bold italics and deletions are striked out):
School Employees - The buyer selection criteria, is for all school employees which includes public
and private schools.
g. All licensed pre - school and public and private K -12 school employees of schools and districts
geographically located in and serving the Town, and who have been employed for at least one
year at the time of application.
First Responders - First responders is defined as emergency'and medical persons who arrive at
the scene of an accident or incident. Hospital and medical office workers would not fall into this
category.
h. Emergency and medical persons who are responsible for going immediately to the scene of
an accident or incident to provide assistance ( Eemeggency first responders, Ee.g. police
officers, fire fighters, and emergency medical response professionals ) of agencies serving the
Town and who have been employed for at least one year at the time of application.
