2012 GENERAL PLAN ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT
A Council member has questioned why the Placer Oaks Development was noted in the 2012 General
Plan Annual Progress report since the Planned Development for this site was approved prior to 2012.
The Subdivision application and Architecture and Site application for Placer Oaks were approved in
2012 and are therefore included in this report to the state.
