DISCUSSION
After the staff report was prepared and distributed, additional correspondence was received for
the period of 12:01 p.m. Thursday, Julie 13, 2013, through 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2013
(Attachment 9).

the status of the roadway easements/right-of-way that the Town has?
What is there status? Are they just transferred with the project or

Historically and presently what are the concerns of giving
signage rights? What is the downside of signage rights to Netflix
on the building closest to the freeway? Marketing is a key
