There may be one (1) parking garage. Parking to have minimum 3.3 stalls per 1,000 sf of office space /research and development space. Setbacks to comply with Zoning Code section 29.70.235 and Guideline II.B.1 of the Guidelines & Standards for Land Use Near Streams dated August 2005 and revised July 2006. The maximum height of the buildings 2 and 3 as shown on sheet A -04 can be up to 65' -0' (sixty five feet zero inches) and buildings 1 and 4 as shown on sheet A -04 can be up to 50' -0" (fifty feet zero inches) above the finish floor, including all towers, spires, elevator and mechanical penthouses, cupolas, wireless telecommunication antennas, similar structures and necessary mechanical appurtenances which are not used for human activity or storage.
