MAIN STREET <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP FOR TRACT NO. 10131 <br />LOCATED AT 223/227 W. MAIN STREET <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt resolution approving the Final Map for Tract No. 10131 located at 223/227 W. Main <br />Street. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On May 26, 2010, the Planning commission approved the Tentative Map (M -09 -008) and the <br />Conditional Use Permit (U -10 -007) to convert an existing structure into four office <br />condominiums and four residential condominiums. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Tract No. 10131 subdivides one existing parcel to provide four office condominiums and four <br />residential condominiums. The developer, West Main Properties, LLC, has provided all <br />necessary maps and drawings. No additional contracts or bonds are ,required for the <br />condominium tract map since no new public improvements are required to be installed.
