AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING
THE ZON.ING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE
NO. 99 FROM UNZONED TO C °2..
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1.
The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos 3s hereby
amended to zone property shown on the map which is attached
hereto and is a part of this Ordinance to C °2..
SECTION 2.
The Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption o - f this
Ordinance. This Ordinance shall be published once,in the
Los Gatos Times ° Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos
within fifteen (15) days of its final passage and this Ordinance
shall take effect thirty (30) days following its final passage.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced
at
a meeting
of the
Town
Council of
the Town of Los
Gatos held
on
the 7
day
of
April
1975,
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the
21st day of Apri l , 1 915 by the following vote:
