AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE
NO. 102 FR0M UNZONED TO R °1:8,000.
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as
follows:
SECTION i.
The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby
amended to zone property shown on the map which is attached
hereto and is a part of this Ordinance to 11°1:8,00.0..
SECTION 2.
The Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this
Ordinance. This Ordinance shall be published once in the
Los Gatos Times Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos
within fifteen (15) days of its final pass -age and this Ordinance
shall take effect thirty (30) days following its final passage.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced
at a meeting
of the
Town
Council
of the Town of Los
Gatos held
on the 7th
day
of
April
, 1975,
