ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1121, EFFECTING
ZONE CHANGE NO. 70, TO R-1:12,000 -PD,
R- M:5 °12 -PD, CM--PD.
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Part 5. of Section 3. of Ordinance No. 1121, adopted July 2, 1973,
is amended to read as follows:
5. That the approved plans illustrate phasing as proposed in the
applicant's plans received dated February 20, 1976, with the
tennis complex to be completed in conjunction with Phase
as follows:
PHASE I:
a. Winchester Boulevard Improvements (including a median
island conforming to the exhibit, entitled "Winchester
Boulevard Median Study ", dated April B, 1974). The media
island from Wimbledon Drive, north approximately 400 lineal
feet shall be fully landscaped and irrigated. The median
island from Wimbledon Drive south approximately 150 lineal
feet shall be a concrete surfaced island conforming to the
existing median island. Relocation of approximately 75
lineal feet of the existing island will be required.
b. Wimbledon Drive to Clearview Drive, and Clearview Drive
from Wimbledon to existing street, including necessary
modifications to the PG &E Tower near the intersection of
Clearview and Wimbledon.
C. Storm sewer and sanitary sewer, as required, to serve the
Phase I, and the street improvements to be installed with
Phase I.
PHASE II:
a. Completion of Golf Links Drive from the termination of the
existing street to Clearview.
b. Storm and sanitary sewers as required to service Phase 66.
PHASE III:
a. Completion of street improvements to be installed in
Phase 111.
b. Storm and sanitary sewers as required to service Phase III.
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT and shall be in force thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption. The Town Clerk of the Town of Los
Gatos shall cause this Ordinance to be published once within fifteen (15)
days after its adoption, in theLbos Gatos Times - Saratoga Observer, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the Town
of Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly introduced
at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held
on the 5th day of April, 1976.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council, held on the 19th
April 1976, by the following vote:
