AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AME14DING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE. CHANGE
NO. 159 FROM RMH to R -IM
The Town Council of th'e Town of Los Gatos does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1.
The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby
amended to change the zoning of the property shown on the map
which is attached hereto and is a part of this Ordinance from
RMH to R -IM
SECTION 2.
The Town Clerk shall attest to the adcption of this Or-
dinance. This Ordinance sha'.' he published once in the Los
Gatos Times - Sararoga Observer, a new2paper of gc,nec'al circu-
lation, printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos within
,ifteen (15) days of its final passage ar.d this Ordinance shall
take effect thirty (50) days fol icwing its f i nal passags.
