AMENDING SECTION 4.86.230 OF THE TOWN ZONING ORDINANCE
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos hereby ORDAINS:
SECTION I
Section 4.06.230 is amended to read, as follows:
" SEC. 4.86.230: FILING FEES
There shall be no filing fee for any Architecture and Site Ap-
proval application or to commence any proceedings, under the provisions
of the landmark and historic preservation overlay zone."

This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. Within
15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall cause it to be
published once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated
in the Town.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on February 21 1984 , and
adopted by the following vote as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos at
a regular meeting of the Town Council
on March 5 T984.
