SUBJECT: INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23
OF THE TOWN CODE REGULATING NEWSRACKS LOCATED ON
OR PROJECTING INTO THE PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY.
The proposed ordinance amendment requires two readings. This is the first of those two
readings and therefore the recommendation language on the original report was drafted
incorrectly. The revised recommendation shall read as follows:
RECOMMENDATION
a. Direct the Clerk Administrator to read the title.
b. Waive the reading.
c. Introduce the ordinance and instruct the Clerk Administrator to publish a
summary no less than five days prior to adoption.
