Subject: 381 Pennsylvania
Dear Ms. Moseley,
TOM OF LW CAlr
l y wife and I have lived at our current address, near the subject property, for nearly 4 years and prior to that
Ned on Broadway for 6 years. I am in the residential home building industry and have worked with the Los
Gatos Planning and Building department many times over the years.
I have reviewed the proposed subdivision application for 381 Pennsylvania and I hope the Planning
Commission will approve the minor subdivision being proposed by Gregory Howell for the subject property. I
know the site and, in my opinion, the establishment of an additional building lot there will have almost no
impact on the surrounding neighborhood. Both resulting parcels, as we understand the proposal, will be equal to
or larger than the average lot size in this district.
Based on my experience building homes in Los Gatos, there does not appear to be a reasonable basis on which
to deny the application.
Respectfully,
Dave Zicovich
