To clarify the intention of the motion maker on Public Hearing item #1, the following bullet is being
added as the first bullet in "Council Discussions" following the motion (page 5):
Maker of the motion clarified that it is up to the Planning Commission to consider all of the facts
and if the Planning Commission decides to consider Leeward Ct. in determining neighborhood
compatibility, that is acceptable.
Upon Council's approval of the minutes, this bullet will be incorporated into the adopted minutes for the
Town Council meeting of January 31, 2011.
