ALBANESE INC. AND AUTHORIZE RECORDING BY THE <br />CLERK ADMINISTRATOR. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authorize the Town Manager to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of Completion <br />accepting the work of Joseph J. Albanese Inc. and authorize recording by the Clerk <br />Administrator. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The adopted Capital Improvement Program designates funding for infrashucture improvement <br />projects and is consistent with the Town's goals to improve public safety and improve the quality <br />of the Town's streets. <br />This project performed much needed repairs to the basketball court at Bachman Park and temus <br />courts at Blossom Hill Park and La Rinconada Park.
