Open and hold the public hearing and receive public testimony. <br />2. Close the public hearing. <br />3. Approve Planned Development application PD-10-003 as follows: <br />a. Make the required finding (Attachment 1) and approve the application subject to the <br />performance standards included hi the Planned Development Ordinance (Attaclunent <br />2) (motion required); <br />b. Direct the Clerk Administrator to read the title ofthe orduiance (no motion required); <br />c. Move to waive the reading of the ordinance (motion required); <br />d. Move to introduce the ordinance to effectuate Planned Development PD-07-143 <br />(motion required). <br />BACISGROUND: <br />On March 11, 2009, the Platming Commission considered a Plarmed Development (PD) proposal for <br />the subject property. The Commission approved a companion Architecture and Site application for <br />demolition of three single-family residences on the site and recommended that the Town Council <br />approve the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Planned Development application.
