The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting on Monday,
August 23, 2010 at 4:00 P.M.

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 4:00 P.M.

Present: Mayor Diane McNutt, Vice Mayor Joe Pirzynski, Council Member Steve Rice,
Council Member Barbara Spector, and Council Member Mike Wasserman.
Absent: None.

ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION AT 4:03 P.M.
Mayor Diane McNutt adjourned the meeting to Closed Session to conduct discussions
relating to the Town Attorney position.
