This application will be continued to the Town Council meeting of September 7, 2010, to allow
the proper noticing procedure under State law, following the action by the Planning Commission
at the August 11, 2010, Public Hearing. The matter will be re-advertised and new public notices
will be mailed, noticing the September 7, 2010, hearing date.
