PROJECT LOCATION: 320 <br />VILLAGE LANE. PROPERTY OWNER: BARCA PARTNERS/DAVID <br />KINCH. APPLICANT: SUNNYHILLS STUDIO/AMY NUNES. <br />CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO MODIFY A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT TO OPERATE AN EXISTING RESTAURANT (MANRESA <br />RESTAURANT) WITH FULL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE ON <br />PROPERTY ZONED C-2. APN 529-04-048. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />After opening and closing the public hearing, it is recommended the Town Council: <br />1) Adopt the findings supporting the Conditional Use Permit modification (Attachment 1); and <br />2) Approve the application subject to the recommended conditions of approval (Attachment 2). <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />Instead of the actions above, the Council may: <br />Continue the proj ect to a date certain with specific direction (motion required); or <br />Remand the project to the Planning Commission with specific direction (motion <br />required); or <br />Move to deny the Conditional Use Permit modification (motion required). <br />PREPARED BY: ~t Wendie R.
