Conduct appointment process fc~r: Arts and Culture Commission, General Plan Committee, <br />Parks Commission, and Personnel Board. <br />2. Direct Clerk Administrator to re-advertise any vacant positions following the appointments <br />on June 21, 2010. <br />DiSCUSSiON: <br />Prior to the June 21, 2010 Town Council meeting, Council will be interviewing applicants for <br />vacant board, commission, and Committee positions (Attachment). <br />Upon completion of the appointrnerit process, Council may direct the Clerk Administrator to re- <br />advertise any vacant board, commission, and/or committee positions. <br />CONCLUSION: <br />It is recommended that Council appoint applicants to fill vacant Town board, commission, and <br />committee positions, and direct Clerk Administrator to re-advertise any unfilled positions. <br />FISCAL IlVIPACT: <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with the recommended action. <br />Attachments: <br />Attachment: Town of Los Gatos Board/Commission/Comrnittee Applicants and Vacant <br />Positions <br />~,, <br />~~ <br />PREPARED BY: Jackie D.
