A <br />I.. 4i <br />t -L <br />0 <br />ORDINANCE PLO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE T01,5T OF LOS GATOS, COUNTY OF SANTA <br />CLARA, STAT!, OF CALIFORI,,tIA, AKEI~I=NG SECTION 3.02, <br />ORDINANCE NO. 392 OF SAID TOwd. <br />The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Sectional District Iv o. 3.02.34 of the Zoning <br />Trap of the Town of Los Gatos, which said map was adopted as a <br />part of Ordinance T':o. 392 of said Town, together with any amend- <br />meats thereto is hereby changed and amended by substituting for <br />Sectional District No. 3.02.34 as shown on said map, as amended., <br />a new Sectional District No. 3.02.34 a map of which said Sectiof-.':. <br />District is attached hereto and entitled "Amended Sectional District <br />No. 3.02.34 of the Zoning P'ap of the Town of Los Gatos." <br />SECTION 2. Sectional District No. 3.02.34 as shown upon <br />the Zoning Map of the Town of Los Gatos as the same, was adopted <br />as a part of Ordinance No. 392, as amended, of said Town hereby <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 3. The exterior boundaries of Sectional District <br />No. 3.02.34 of the Zoning 1,1Iap of the Town of Los Gatos are sho~vin <br />on that certain map entitled. "Index map to Sectional District <br />T,iaps, Zoning Map of the Town of Los Gatos," which said Index 1-lap <br />was adopted as a portion of Ordinance- No. 392 of said Town of <br />Los Gatos on the 1?th day of ~Iovember, 1958, together with any <br />amendments which may have hereafter been made, whie'r said index <br />iviap of Sectional District Traps is referred to in Section 3.02 of <br />said. Ordinance No. 352. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be published once in Los <br />Gatos Times-Saratoga observer, a newspaper of general circulation, <br />printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos. <br />-1- <br />
