ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, COU11r?'v 0-P7 SAY--A CLARA, STATE OF CALIFORTv'TA, AMENDING SECTION 3.02, ORDINANCE NO. 392 OF SAID TOWN. The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as follows: SECT.7.0N 1. Sectional District No. 3.02.33 of the Zoning ,"an of the Town of Los Gatos, which said map was adopted as a part of ordinance No. 392 of said Town, together th;ith any amend- ments thereto is hereby changed and amended by substituting for Sectional District No. 3.02.33 as shown on said map, as amended, new Sectional District No. 3.02.33 a map of which said Sectional District is attached hereto and entitled "Amended. Sectional District No 3.02.33 of the Zoning Map of the Town of Los Gatos." SECTION 2. Sectional District No. 3.02.33 as shown upon the Zonin` Map of the Town of Los Gatos as the sage, was adopted as a part of Ordinance .No. 35,2, as amended, of said Town is hereby repealed. SECTION , The exterior.bounda.ries of Sectional District No. 3.02.33 of the Zoning Pap of the Town of Los Gatos are shown on that certain map entitled. "Index Map to Sectional District Plaps, Zoning Map of the Tow, of Los Gatos", which said Index map was adopted as a portion of ordinance No. 392 of said. Town of Los Gatos on the 28th day of July, 1958, together with any amen~.m eats which may have hereafter been made, which said Index Nap of Sectional District maps is referred to in Section. 3.02 of said ordinance No. 392. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published once in Los Gato Times-Saratoga Observer,,a newspaper of general circulation, print-ed and published in the `-'ow-n of Los Gatos. ~=l-
