y <br />ORDINANCE No. 3 _ale <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 276 OF THE TOT,'N• OF LOS GATOS <br />'RELATING TO ZONING. <br />'FHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos finds <br />and deems it necessary for the public interest, health, comfort, <br />convenience, safety and general welfare to amend the Town Ordinance <br />No. 276 by changing the hereinafter described property hereinafter <br />set forth in Section 1 hereof from a "R-111 residential district <br />tyo an "R-211 residential district; and <br />WHEIIFEREAS, it appears that all of the procedural requirements <br />of Section 15 of said Zoning Ordinance No. 276 have been fully <br />complied with; <br />THE TOTIM COUNCIL OF THE TOlrfii OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That Section 4.1 of Ordinance No. 276 of the <br />Town of Los Gatos, a sectional district reap, is hereby amended <br />in part so that the district and boundaries shown thereon, and <br />particularly the following described area, to wit <br />(a) Property on the west side of San Jose Avenue <br />(to a depth of one lot) from Simons y'ya.y south to <br />the southerly line of the Lupton-English property; <br />(b) Property on the East side of San Jose Avenue <br />(one lot in depth) from soma Alta northerly to <br />Stacie. Street; <br />and now shown as "R-111 residential district on said Sectional <br />District Miap, and being Section 4.1 of said Ordinance No. 276, <br />is and will be an "R-2" residential district, instead of a f'R-1" <br />residential district. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be Dublished once in the <br />LOS GATOS DAILY TIMES, a newspaper of general circulation, printed <br />and iDublished in the Town of Los Gatos. <br />-1- <br />
