ORDINANCE No. S a ~)L- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 276 OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS RELATING TO ZONING. . IEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos finds and deems it necessary for the public interest, health, comfort, convenience, safety and general welfare to amend the Town Ordinance No. 276 by changing the hereinafter described property hereinafter set forth in Section 1 hereof from a "Off commercial district to an uR-20 residential district; and WHEREAS, it appears that all of the procedural requirements of Section 13 of said Zoning Ordinance No. 276 have been fully complied with; THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Section 4.2 of Ordinance No. 276 of the Town of Los Gatos, a sectional district map, is hereby amended in part so that the district and boundaries shown thereon, and particularly the parcels described as follows: PARCEL ONE Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of Broadway distant thereon 146 feet Northwesterly from the point of intersection thereof with the northwesterly line of Santa Cruz Avenue, as said Santa Cruz Avenue existed prior to the widening thereof in. 1944; thence Southwesterly at right angles with said Southwesterly line of Broadway 136 feet, thence at right angles northwesterly 13 feet, thence at right angles Southwesterly 14 feet; thence at right angles Northwesterly 40 feet; to the property line between lands now or formerly of Laura Virden Van Lone and that of Guido Barbieri and Mary A. Barbieri, thence continuing in a projected straight line from the last described course northwesterly along the Southwesterly property line of said Barbieri 54 feet; thence at right angles Northeasterly 150 feet to the Southwesterly line of Broadway thence Southeasterly along said southwesterly line of Broadway 144 feet to the point of beginning. -1-
