r • <br />ORDINANCE NO. 300 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 276 OF THE TO AM OF LOS GATOS <br />RELATING TO ZONING. <br />?STHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos finds <br />and deems it necessary for the public interest, health, comfort, <br />convenience, safety and general welfare to amend the Town Ordin- <br />ance No. 276 by changing the first hereinafter described property <br />hereinafter set forth in Section 1 hereof from an "R-2" district <br />=t©a "C" district and by changing the second hereinafter described <br />property hereinafter set forth in Section 2 hereof, from an "R-111 <br />residential district to an "R-2" residential district, and by <br />changing the third hereinafter described property hereinafter set <br />forth in Section 3 hereof, from an "R-2" residential district to <br />a "C" district; and by changing the fourth hereinafter described <br />property hereinafter set forth in Section 4 hereof, from an "R-1" <br />residential district to an "R-2°1 residential district; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that all of the procedural require- <br />ments of Section 15 of said Zoning Ordinance No, 276 have been <br />fully complied with; <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1. That Section 4.1 of Ordinance No. 276 of the <br />Town of Los Gatos, a sectional district map, is hereby amended <br />in part so that the district and boundaries shown thereon, and <br />.particularly the portion lying and being on both sides of East <br />Main Street between Pageant :Tay (Formerly Seanor) and Church <br />Street (formerly dill Street), and Pleasant Street and Alpine <br />Avenue, is and will be a ffV commercial district instead of an <br />4R-2" residential district, as shown on a map attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof and marred "Sectional District leap 4.1 a", <br />being a portion of Sectional District Map Section 4.1 of Ordin- <br />ance No. 276 of the Town of Los Gatos. <br />-1- <br />
