REMARKS:
Exhibit 16 includes additional public comments received between 11:01 a.m., Friday, December
7, 2018 and 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 11, 2018.
Project Noticing
The Town’s legal written notice of the Planning Commission public hearing was mailed to
property owners and occupants within 300 feet of the subject property and noticed in the
newspaper with the correct hearing date of December 12, 2018.
The applicant sent letters with the incorrect hearing date to the property owners and tenants
within 300 feet of the project and listed an incorrect hearing date in the second paragraph of
the on-site sign. The applicant then sent a correction letter with the correct hearing date to all
parties. On Monday December 10, 2018 the applicant amended the second paragraph of the
on-site sign to reference the correct public hearing date of December 12, 2018.
