ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING SECTION
5.30.050 OF THE TOWN ZONING ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE
THAT APPEALS FROM DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
MAY NOT BE WITHDRAWN WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 5.30.050 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to add
the following sentence at the end of the section:
"Once a notice of appeal has been filed, it may not be withdrawn
without the consent of the Council."
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos on December 7, 1981, and adopted by
the following vote as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos at a regular
meeting of the Town Council on December 21, 1981.
