AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE CONCERNING LIQUOR STORES
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 5.20.205 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is
amended to read:
SECTION 5.20.205: TABLE OF CONDITIONAL USES
1.0. Establishment selling alcohol beverages for consumption
off - premises (this provision only applies to establish-
ments commencing or expanding off - premises sales after
April 23, 1981). (With x's in the C -1, C -2 and CH columns).
SECTION 2.
This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. Within
15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall cause it to be
published once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated
in the Town.
The foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at a regular
meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 15th day of
June , 1981.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 6th day of July ,
1981, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Thomas J. Ferrito, MarLyn J.
Rasmussen, Brent N. Ventura and Peter W. Siemens
