ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE FOR A ZONE CHANGE FROM O:LHP (OFFICE
WITH A LANDMARK AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION OVERLAY) TO R -
1D:LHP (SINGLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DOWNTOWN WITH A LANDMARK
AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION OVERLAY). APN 510 -14 -044.
RECOMMENDATION :
Adopt the attached Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance effectuating a Zone C hange from
O:LHP (Office with a Landmark and Historic Preservation Overlay) to R -1D:LHP (Single -family
Residential Downtown with a Landmark and Historic Preservation Overlay).
DISCUSSION :
On June 5 , 201 8 , the Town Council considered and voted to introduce an Ordinance
effectuating a Zone C hange from O:LHP (Office with a Landmark and Historic Preservation
Overlay) to R -1D:LHP (Single -family Residential Downtown with a Landmark and Historic
Preservation Overlay). Adoption of the attached Ordinance (Attachment 1) would f inalize this
decision.
