ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING THE TOWN CODE.
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1.
Sub - paragraph (s) is added to Section 27 -9 of the Town Code, to
read as follows:
Section 27 -9 CONTENTS
(s) The proposed division of land and airspace within the
subdivision.
SECTION 2.
Sub - paragraph (n) is added to Section 27 -21 of the Town Code, to
read as follows:
Section 27 -21. CONTENTS.
(n) The size, shape, and location of all divisions of land and
airspace.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted.
Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall
cause it to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation
published and circulated in the Town.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos on March 2nd
