RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL,
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR PPW JOB NO. 05-17 -FEDERAL PROJECT CML-5067 (Ol l)
HIGHWAY 9 SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS
STATE ROUTE 9 THROUGH MONTE SERENO
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos (Town) is eligible to receive Federal funding for
certain Transportation projects, through the California Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange
Agreements, and/or Transfer Agreements need to be executed with the California Department of
'Transportation before such fiends can be claimed; and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to delegate authorization to execute this program
supplement agreement and any amendment thereto to Pamela Jacobs, Interim Town Manager;
and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Pamela Jacobs, Interim Town Manager
be authorized to execute all Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund
Exchange Agreements, Fund Transfer Agreements and any amendment thereto with the
California Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 15th day of October 2007, by the following vote:
AYES: Steve Glickman, Diane McNutt, Barbara Spector, Mike Wasserman, and Mayor Joe
Pirzynski
NAYS: None
