The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos do ordain as
follows:
Section 1: That Section 61 of Ordinance No. 195, entitled
"An Ordinance Imposing Municipal Licenses in the Town of Los
Gatos and Providing for the Collection of the Same and Prescrib-
ing Penalties for the Violation Thereof," passed and adopted on
the 27th day of November, 1922 be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as f ollows:
'Section 61: Lvery person, firm, or corporation
engaged in i e business of canning, drying, packing, or pre-
paring green or dried fruit or vegetables for hire or otherwise,
for shipment or other.~rise, or for sale upon commission or
otherwise, shall pay an annual license of Thirty-five Dollars
035.00); Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once in the
Los Gatos Mail Ne vs, a newspaper printed and published in the
Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AIM ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos at a regular meeting thereof held on the day of
jarauary, A. D. 1.930.
