VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS None. CONSENT ITEMS (TO BE ACTED UPON BY A SINGLE MOTION) 1. Approval of Minutes – July 25, 2018 MOTION: Motion by Committee Member Leonard Pacheco to approve the consent item. Seconded by Committee Member Thomas O’Donnell. VOTE: Motion passed 4-0-1, Vice Chair Matthew Hudes absent. OTHER BUSINESS 2. 33 Walnut Avenue Requesting comments on proposed modifications to the front porch of a pre-1941 property zoned R-1:8. APN 510-41-007.
