SUMMARY MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR DECEMBER 13, 2004, HELD IN THE
TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS LOBBY, 110 E MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 10:30 A.M. by Vice-Chair Talesfore
ATTENDANCE
Members Present: Kendra Burch, Bob Cowan, Jeanne Drexel and Joanne Talesfore
Absent: Len Pacheco
Staff Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
ITEM 1: 23 - 27 N. SANTA CRUZ AVENUE
The Committee considered a request to modify the facade of pre-1941 buildings. Talesfore
moved to recommend approval of the application to the Development Review Committee subject to the
following conditions:
1. The applicant shall look at replicating the north column for the south column.
2. The bottom rail of the doors shall be 14 to 15 inches.
3. The doors shall have a saw cut reveal around the windows.
Drexel seconded, motion passed unanimously.
ITEM 2: ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 11:10 A.M. to the next regularly scheduled meeting of January 5,
2005.
