ORNTNANCE MENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
DEFIN]NG FLOOR AREA, GROSS.
THE TOWN COI]NCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1.
Section 3.37 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Torrn of Los
Gatos is arEnded to zead:
SEC. 3,37: FLOOR AREA. GROSS
Gross floor area shall nean the entire sguare
footage of any and all floors, including basernents
of any and all buiklings on structures, including
exterior walls and to tlE centerline of any party
wal1s.
SECTION 2.
THIS OP.DI NANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT and shall be in force
thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption. The Town
Clerk of the Torrn of Los Gatos shafl cause this ordinance to
be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption,
in the Los Gatos Tinps-Saratoga Observer, a nekrspaper of general
circulation, published and cinculated in the T own of Los Gatos.
The ab ove and foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly
introclucecl at a reqular nneting of the Town
Council of the Tcx*n of Los Gatos held on 156 lSth day of
