RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO SIGN A CONTRACT
WITH PENTAMATION INC. FOR ADMINISTRATIVE
COMPUTER SYSTEM FINANCE /ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE, INSTALLATION,
TRAINING, AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into a contract and lease
agreement with Pentamation Inc. for an administrative computer system finance /accounting
software, and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said
contract and lease in the name and in behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 18th day of February, 1992 by the following vote:
