RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A LEASE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AND THE LOS GATOS MUSEUM ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, TOWN owns and agrees to lease to the Los Gatos Museum
Association the buildings and lots located at 75 Church Street and 4 Tait Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: that the Town Manager on behalf
of the Town of Los Gatos be authorized to execute the attached Lease Agreement with the
Los Gatos Museum Association.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 4th day of January, 1993, by the following vote:
