RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
CONFERRING AUTHORITY ON THE
DIRECTOR OF BUILDING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 830.6
TO APPROVE THE PLAN OR DESIGN OF THE CONSTRUCTION
OF, OR IMPROVEMENT TO PUBLIC PROPERTY
RESOLVED, that the Town Council of Los Gatos hereby confers authority, pursuant
to Government Code Section 830.6, to the Director of Building and Engineering Services
to approve the plans or designs of the construction of, or improvements to public property
of the Town of Los Gatos which cost less than four thousand dollars ($4,000.00).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 19th day of January 1993, by the following vote:
