RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING DIRECTOR
TO SIGN PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE
LOS GATOS BOULEVARD WIDENING PROJECT
WHEREAS, in order to obtain Federal and State aid assistance in connection with
State and Federally funded road projects, and for the State Department of Transportation
to approve the project, it is necessary that the Town of Los Gatos agree to accept and
comply with the covenants and /or remarks as set forth in the attached Program
Supplement; and
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Transportation has notified the
Town that the Town's signature must be authorized for signature by a resolution of the
Town Council.
RESOLVED: the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos authorizes the Planning
Director to execute the attached Program Supplement required for State and Federally
funded projects with regard to the Los Gatos Boulevard Widening project and directs the
Planning Director to forward a copy of this resolution to the appropriate office of the State
of California Department of Transportation
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 3rd
day of January, 1994, by the following vote:
