RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PROJECT 9323 OAK MEADOW PARK
REST ROOM RENOVATION
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to
carry out Project 9323 - Oak Meadow Park Rest Room Renovation; and Installation; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Building and Engineering Services has presented Plans
and Specifications for Project 9323 - Oak Meadow Park Rest Room Renovation; and
WHEREAS, it is desirous to improve the usability of said facilities, especially for
persons with disabilities.
BE IT RESOLVED, that these Plans and Specifications entitled 'TOWN OF LOS
GATOS PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - PROJECT 9323 - OAK MEADOW PARK
REST ROOM RENOVATION', dated January 5, 1994, on file in the Office of the Town
Clerk, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 3rd
day of January, 1994, by the following vote:
