RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND
AUTHORIZE THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROJECT 9605
SIDEWALK RAMP RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, to carry out Project 9605 - Sidewalk Ramp Reconstruction
Program; and
WHEREAS,the Director of Building and Engineering Services has presented Plans and
Specifications for Project 9605 - Sidewalk Ramp Reconstruction Program; and
WHEREAS,that these Plans and Specifications entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS - PROJECT 9605 - SIDEWALK RAMP RECONSTRUCTION
PROGRAM," dated June 17, 1996, on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby approved;
and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing of the
work specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications when directed by the Director of Building
and Engineering Services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 5th day of August, 1996 by the following vote:
