RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING TOWN CLERK TO ACT AS
PASSPORT APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE AGENT
WHEREAS, 22 CFR 51.61(b) of the Code of Federal Regulations allows for the Town
Clerk to act as passport application acceptance agent and Office of the Town Clerk to act as
passport application acceptance office, and
WHEREAS, these duties involve the acceptance of enumeration for service from the
State Department of fifteen dollars, and
RESOLVED: That theTown Clerk is hereby authorized to act as a passport application
acceptance agent and the Office of the Town Clerk to act as a passport application acceptance
officein the Town of Los Gatos and to accept the enumeration authorized by the State
Department,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of March, 1998 by the following vote:
