RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAPS OF
THE RESUBDIVISION OF TRACTS NO. 6309 AND 6532.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the Fina:1 Maps
of the resubdivision of Tracts No. 6309 and 6532 in the Town of Los Gatos, dated
February 20, 1979, prepared by Paul E. Nowack & Associates, Civil Engineers, for
Frank A. Aries and the Town of Los Gatos, owners of record of said subdivision,
heretofore approved by the Town Engineer of the Town, are hereby approved, and
all offers of land and interests in land for public use made on the maps are
hereby accepted; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the "Owner's
Certificate" on the Final Maps.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby directed to record said
maps with the Recorder of Santa Clara County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos this 20th day of February , 1979, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Hula Cannon, John B. Lochner and Mayor Mardi Gualtieri
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Thomas J. Ferrito and Peter W. Siemens
