RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS
WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR THE TOWN'S BICYCLE /PEDESTRIAN AND COMPLETE STREETS MOBILITY
MASTER PLANS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Town Council is eligible to receive federal and /or State funding for
certain transportation planning related plans, through the California Department of
Transportation; and
WHEREAS, a Fund Transfer Agreement is needed to be executed with the California
Department of Transportation before such funds can be claimed through the Transportation
Planning Grant Programs; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos wishes to delegate authorization to execute these
agreements and any amendments thereto up to a total Town matching cost of $25,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, authorize the Town Manager, or designee, to execute all Fund Transfer Agreements and
any amendments thereto with the Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the 7th day of October, 2014 by the following vote:
