A RESOLUTION MODIFYING A DECISION
OF THE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Mr. John Turner has duly and regularly filed an appeal
with the Town Council, from a decision of the Town Planning Commission as
follows: requirement of road improvements on High Street conditioned
with approval of a tentative subdivision map, Geddes Subdivision
Application M- 77-16A.
WNEREAS, pursuant thereto, a public hearing with respect to said
appeal has been duly and regularly held by the Town Council; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that the decision of the
Town Planning Commission should be modified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The decision of the Town Planning Commission, as hereinabove
setforth, is hereby modified as follows: delete condition 3(b) High Street
curb and gutter (20 -foot curb -to -curb sidth), retaining wall, paving, storm
drainage, sanitary sewer and street light, and High Street references in
condition 4,
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS this 6th day of March, 1978, by the following vote:
