RESOLUTION 2014 -063 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL <br />OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />CERTIFYING AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT, ADOPTING A <br />MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM, AND <br />AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN TO CHANGE THE LAND USE <br />DESIGNATION FROM PUBLIC TO OFFICE PROFESSIONAL <br />FOR A PROPERTY AT 375 KNOWLES DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 65353, the Town Council <br />conducted a public hearing for consideration of amendments to the General Plan on <br />August 5, 2014. <br />WHEREAS, the General Plan Committee recommended that the land use <br />designation be changed to Office Professional as that designation allows the most <br />flexibility for future uses; and <br />WHEREAS, the Town Council accepted the report of the Planning <br />Commission's recommendation on the proposed General Plan amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Town Council considered all facts and information related to a <br />request to change the General Plan the land use designation for the property at 375 <br />Knowles Drive from Public to Office Professional as shown on Exhibit A. <br />RESOLVED, the Town Council certified the Environmental Impact Report <br />entitled 375 Knowles Drive Residential Planned Development; and <br />RESOLVED, the Town Council adopted the Mitigation Monitoring and <br />Reporting Program for 375 Knowles Drive Residential Planned Development; and <br />RESOLVED, the Town Council finds that (a) the proposed General Plan <br />amendment is internally consistent with the existing goals and policies of the General <br />
