RESOLUTION NO. 2007-100 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ACCEPT A DONATION FROM THE <br />LOS GATOS POLICE FOUNDATION FOR AN ENCLOSED FIREARMS AND RANGE <br />CARGO TRAILER <br />WHEREAS, the Los Gatos Police Foundation has donated funds to the Police <br />Department with which the Police Department wishes to purchase an enclosed cargo trailer; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department has specified that the donated funds be used to <br />purchase the enclosed cargo trailer; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department will receive a donation from the Los Gatos <br />Police Foundation which will cover all costs of the cargo trailer, estimated at $2,000; <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los <br />Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized to accept <br />a donation from the Los Gatos Police Foundation for the purpose of purchasing an enclosed <br />firearms and range cargo trailer for use by the rangemaster team. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town <br />of Los Gatos, California, held on the 4 day of September, 2007 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Steve Glickman, Diane McNutt, Barbara Spector, Mike Wasserman, and Mayor Joe <br />Pirzynski <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN <br />SIGNED: <br />� e <br />e � <br />AYOR OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA <br />ATTEST- <br />CLERK )E TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA <br />
