RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND
EXECUTE AGREEMENT WITH ANDERSON -BRULE ARCHITECTS
TO SERVE AS CONSULTANTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT
OF A STRATEGIC MASTER PLAN FOR THE
LOS GATOS CIVIC CENTER AND LIBRARY
WHEREAS, Town entered an agreement with Anderson Brule Architects on April 15th,
2002 to serve as consultants in the development of a Los Gatos Civic Center /Library Master Plan and,
WHEREAS, the Civic Center /Library Master Plan project was put on hold in the fall of
2003 so that the Town could focus on serious budget challenges and,
WHEREAS, the Town would now like to proceed with completing the Civic Center /Library
Master Plan and,
WHEREAS, Anderson Brule has provided excellent assistance with the Master Plan prof ect
and is best positioned to continue to provide these services.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized to execute an agreement and
enter into a contract with Anderson Brule Architects in an amount not to exceed $85,013 to serve as
consultants in the development of a Strategic Master Plan for the Civic Center and library.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 22nd day of February, 2005 by the following vote:
