AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING SECTION 24.60.010 OF THE TOWN
CODE TO DECREASE THE REGULATORY FEE FOR
THE RENTAL MEDIATION PROGRAM
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos ordains:
SECTION 1
Section 24.60.010 of the Town Code is amended to change the
Regulatory fee from $18.50 per year to $17.50 per year.
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos on September 6th, 1983, and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Town Council on September 19th, 1983, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Joanne Benjamin, Terrence J. Daily,
and Thomas J. Ferrito
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Mayor Brent N. Ventura
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
