ORDINANCE N0, 1 167 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING <br />ZONE CHANGE NO, 79 PREZONING TO HR <br />The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as <br />follows: <br />SECTION la <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby <br />amended to prezone the property shown on the map which is attached <br />hereto and is a part of this Ordinance to HR (Hillside Residential), <br />SECTION 20 <br />The Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this Ordinance. <br />This Ordinance shall be published once in the Los Gatos Times <br />Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and <br />published in the Town of Los Gatos within fifteen (15) days of its <br />final passage and this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days <br />following its final passage. <br />The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly intro- <br />duced at <br />a meeting of <br />the Town <br />Council <br />of the Town of Los <br />Gatos <br />held on <br />the 15th <br />day <br />of <br />Ju ly9 <br />1974. <br />
